The Wild Larder - A Foraging Walk & Lunch with Thomas Radford
A true taste of ‘Blooming Britain’ with PoB Hotels- Join us on 30th June for a guided foraging experience with expert forager Thomas Radford, passionate advocate of wild food and foraged dining - he'll guide and explore around the beautiful 220 acres of rewilded Calcot grounds, uncovering seasonal wild ingredients—from hedgerow herbs and wildflowers to edible leaves and foraged fruits.
The morning concludes with a delicious, thoughtfully crafted lunch by our kitchen team inspired by the flavours of your finds, celebrating the very best of the British summer.
Arrival - 9.30am - meet in hotel lounge
Foraging walk with Tom - 10am (approx 1.5 - 2hrs) - please wear suitable footwear for this and be mindful of the weather.
3 course lunch in The Brasserie around 12 noon with non-alcoholic forage inspired mocktail.
