Rose was rigorously trained in Sweden by Dr Susanna Søberg, a world-renowned metabolic scientist who has led cold water immersion research for over 15 years and contributed to more than 30 medical papers in the field. As one of only a handful of instructors in the UK trained directly by Dr Søberg, Rose brings a rare depth of scientific understanding alongside practical application.
Rose has coached over 400 people through their first contrast therapy experience, equipping them with the confidence and knowledge to continue the practice independently.
