Sitting amidst an ancient landscape of ancient burial mounds, Roman settlement, Domesday records, monastic orders and tithe barns Alison will reveal the story of the people who lived, farmed and shaped this distinctive landscape. The honey-coloured limestone and its use lies at the heart of the Cotswold story…join Alison to be outdoors, discovering and exploring on a Cotswold heritage walking tour. The walk will be around 1 hour followed by tea/coffee and light refreshments and more historic chat....in the hotel.

This is a walking tour - please wear suitable footwear as some areas are uneven and in the wet may be slippery. Tour starts from hotel reception and will be around 1 hour outside followed by refreshments in the hotel.
